The Challenge of Change – Managing the digital revolution successfully

In times of digitization and growing agility almost every organization faces tremendous challenges: On the one hand organizations are working intensely on optimizing the efficiency of business processes and on the other hand they are simultaneously supposed to cope with technological change. The digitization of business models goes hand in hand with a growing agility of the business culture, massive automated processes, reduction of the innovation cycle and a new definition of customer orientation. This simultaneous procedure signifies a disrupt change for traditional companies. Already established structures and processes as well as leading and communication behavior have to be revised. Being in a leading position and as a Change Manager, you face a complex and very arrogating area of conflict. Fundamental questions in this area include:

You will discuss these aspects throughout the executive training.
