The Challenge of Change – Managing the digital revolution successfully

In times of digitization and growing agility almost every organization faces tremendous challenges: On the one hand organizations are working intensely on optimizing the efficiency of business processes and on the other hand they are simultaneously supposed to cope with technological change. The digitization of business models goes hand in hand with a growing agility of the business culture, massive automated processes, reduction of the innovation cycle and a new definition of customer orientation. This simultaneous procedure signifies a disrupt change for traditional companies. Already established structures and processes as well as leading and communication behavior have to be revised. Being in a leading position and as a Change Manager, you face a complex and very arrogating area of conflict. Fundamental questions in this area include:

  • How do I initiate and motivate the cultural change processes concerning the context of digitization?
  • How can I support the growing agility in the company culture?
  • How can innovations be supported through change management?
  • What kind of challenges do I face particularly in phases of dynamic growth?
  • How do I successfully handle resistance?
  • What kind of role do “Change Agents” have?

You will discuss these aspects throughout the executive training. The connection between well-grounded theory, up-to-date best practice cases and intensive group work guarantees you a sustainable surplus. Right away, you can implement your newly gained knowledge in your professional practice. Additionally, you can talk about your own personal case study and discuss this with experts and other participants during a mastermind-session. Thereby you will receive direct approaches to find solutions for your current change challenge!

Target Group:

Executives of enterprises, medium-sized businesses and self-deployed who want to get up-to-date in topics of change management and change communication as well as refresh and expand their knowledge or face a concrete change challenge for which they need new perspectives and proposals to find a solution.
