Career Test from Universum
Universum has made this year’s version of their career test available to students of the Technische Universität München (TUM).
By taking the test, students can discover which of seven career types best fit them. Answering questions about career preferences, goals, and personality will determine whether you are a harmonizer, hunter, or one of the five other career types Universum has categorized.
Based on these answers and the assigned career type, students can find employers that may suit their personality and working style. Then they can help themselves prepare for interviews with information on average salary expectations.
Universum collaborates with top universities like the TUM to help them understand the career goals of their students and the expectations of potential employers. Additionally, they partner with companies worldwide to help them understand what graduates want in an employer and increase their chances of attracting top talent. These partnerships let them survey more than one million students and professionals every year.
