Unpredictable situations such as the effects of the Corona pandemic in 2020, present us with new challenges in digital leadership and bring unforeseeable dimensions of corporate governance to light. It is precisely for this reason that it is necessary to exchange views on how things can now continue and how new findings can be used in leadership research. How does this digitalisation affect our management style and thus our relationship with employees and customers?

The Executive Training “Digital Leadership & Communication” of the TUM School of Management is a workshop for executives from corporations, medium-sized and small businesses who want to exchange ideas on the topic of “Digital Leadership & Communication” at eye level. You will learn about the latest state of leadership research from renowned TUM professors and learn the latest trends from experienced executives.

In a very small group of participants (up to 15 people) you will discuss with experts from science and practice and have the opportunity to bring in your own practical case from your professional context. An evening by the fireplace with the opportunity to network rounds off the training.

This year we offer all this in the exciting environment of our new campus in Heilbronn. Experience the inspiring atmosphere of “Lifelong Learning” and get to know the Campus Founders, for example.

The programme is planned as a live event, but will be carried out as a virtual format if this should become necessary due to the corona regulations applicable at that time.
