Employer Brand Manager: Participants Complete Module 3 at TUM

Another successful milestone: Our trilateral Certificate Course “Employer Brand Manager” is entering its ninth group. From 19 – 20 January, current participants completed Module 3 on how to implement internal employer branding within their organizations. Focus areas included leadership styles, change management, quick wins, and company cultures and their impact on building a successful employer brand.

In 2017, the group completed Module 1 “Fundamentals of Employer Branding” (Berlin) and Module 2 “External Employer Branding” (Vienna). In order to help participants transfer their insights into their work, the trilateral program emphasizes a mixture between current academic research and hands-on advice from seasoned guest lecturers.

February 2018 already marks the final module for the group: Upon completing “Employer Brand Management and Controlling” in Berlin, participants will prepare for their final exam. We wish everyone all the best for earning their certificates.

The curriculum for the certificate course was developed in close cooperation between the German Employer Branding Academy, the WU Executive Academy at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the TUM School of Management. The premise for the successful course series is: How can today’s business leaders build an attractive brand around their employers?

The next round of our Certificate Course “Employer Brand Manager” will commence in May 2018 and registration is currently still open. For further information about our Certificate Course Employer Brand Manager, please visit our website
