Participants also had a chance to get a hands-on impression using the latest technological tools during a tour of the Virtual Reality Lab at the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ) in Garching.

During the module “Personal & Leadership Development” the focus was on ethical implications of leadership practice, outlined by Dipl.-Psych. Maxim Egorov and Dipl.-Psych. Ulf Steinberg, researchers at the TUM School of Management’s Chair of Research and Science Management.

Starting off the comprehensive “Project Work” module, during which participants will cover current questions of leadership in direct cooperation with businesses, Prof. Dr. Dr. Holger Patzelt of the TUM Entrepreneurship Research Institute presented the latest insights in “Intrapreneurship”. Valuable tools for Conflict Management were provided in a workshop headed by Dr. Sylvia Hubner of the TUM School of Management’s Chair of Research and Science Management.

Rounding out the curriculum was a guest lecture by Simon Fischer, CEO of CLEVIS Research GmbH as well as a Virtual Reality Experience in the Presence Virtual Reality facility in Munich.
