Starting off the module, a Career Coaching session presented by Emrich Consulting presented the latest “Innovative Trends in Recruiting”. This was followed by a presentation on important concepts in global exchange markets such as “Company Valuation”, “Cost of Capital” and “Capital Structure” by Prof. Dr. Christoph Kaserer, TUM Chair of Financial Management and Capital Markets.

During a visit to a traditional vineyard in the Heilbronn region, Weingut Hirsch, the group was treated to a presentation of the importance of family businesses. The comprehensive module was completed with presentations on “Value Based Management” by Prof. Dr. Gunther Friedl, “Risk Management” by Steffen Windmüller and “Interest Rates” by Prof. Dr. David Wozabal.

On 20 February, the group paid a company visit to automobile parts supplier Magna Powertrain in Untergruppenbach.
